It’s been a tough week for me, mentally. I’ve been training HARD, tracking every calorie and macro. I’m making progress, but the perfectionist in me gets discouraged at times when results don’t come quickly enough. I’m learning that fitness requires a lot of mental toughness and perserverance more than anything! So I have to reframe my thoughts… I am reminded that I am BLESSED with good health and all the tools needed to achieve my goals. I am FORTUNATE that I have the necessities covered, so that I can make training a priority. There really are no excuses. Sometimes I just need to get out of my own way!
