​Strawberry Ice Cream Protein Shake

My #1 fave protein shake recipe (makes 1-2 servings depending on your needs) 

*This is NOT low-cal but it tastes delicious! I’ll use this post-workout or as a #MealReplacement, or cut in half if I’m watching my calories.


  • 1 scoop BSN Syntha 6 Vanilla Ice Cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups frozen whole strawberries

Toss ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
