- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/3 – 1/2 cup milk or non-dairy milk [depending on desired consistency]
- 1/3 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana or 1/3 cup fresh fruit
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch kosher salt
- Pinch cinnamon
- Combine ingredients in a bowl.
- Place in airtight container in fridge overnight.
- In the morning add desired toppings and enjoy! (Suggestions: Fresh berries, sliced almonds, nut butter)
