Who says you have to give up Sunday pancakes? Try this recipe for a balanced breakfast any day of the week or as a #PostWorkout meal.

Easy Protein Pancakes (Gluten-Free)

Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. rolled oats, uncooked
  • 1/2 c. 2% cottage cheese
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract (optional)

Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender. Cook on preheated skillet using nonstick spray. Makes 4-5 small pancakes. 

Optional toppings: Nut butter, fruit, real maple syrup, or sugar-free syrup (depending on your calorie/macro needs)
