I put off getting back in shape for years until I realized that the “perfect” time to start doesn’t exist. So I started training just once a week and gradually added sessions as I felt ready. Since then I’ve committed to the #FitLife, eating healthier and now training 3-5 times a week. While I’m still working towards my goals, at 34 I’m leaner and stronger than I ever was, and I’m so glad I took that first step a year ago.
